Anti-stress Chocolate Granola recipe

At SHIGETA PARIS, we believe that taking care of your inner health is just as crucial as outer beauty. In fact, the two are closely linked.

Due to a prolonged state of tension, you may experience problems such as concerns about the quality of your sleep or a feeling of shallow breathing.

Here’s a recipe for improving these stress-related problems by eating delicious food, recommended by Chico SHIGETA.

“After a prolonged period of stress, it’s important to reduce internal inflammation, calm the nerves and rebalance the body with essential elements such as B vitamins, proteins, fatty acids (omega-3) and magnesium. In terms of foods, this includes chocolate, oats, protein, cranberries, almonds and flaxseed. By incorporating them to make a granola, you can add various ingredients and have fun! That’s how this recipe was born!”
