EMBRACING BODY OIL: the massage ritual for learning to love yourself

An essential step, this self-massage created exclusively by Chico SHIGETA, coupled with conscious breathing, not only boosts the stimulating, relaxing and softening effects of Embracing Body Oil, but also allows you to let go and relax your mind, taking a real moment for yourself and filling up on positive energy.

    1. Apply 5 pumps of oil to both legs, from feet to hips.
    2. Then apply 3 pumps of oil from the lower abdomen to the chest. Concentrate on the palms of your hands as you breathe.
    3. Place the palms of your hands on either side of your hips and breathe 5 times. 
    4. Place the palms of your hands, one on top of the other, on your lower abdomen and breathe 5 times.
    5. Place the palms of your hands, one on top of the other, on your solar plexus and breathe 5 times.
    6. Place the palms of your hands, one on top of the other, in the center of your chest and breathe 5 times.
    7. At the end of your last breath, let your hands slide from your shoulders to your wrists.
