How to use
Apply 1 hazelnut-sized amount of cream into your hands and wrists.
Stretch and twist the cream on each finger.
Press with the tumb at the base of each wrist.
Finish by stretching:
Grasp the hands by crossing the arms then stretch the arms from the inside to the outside.
Change direction.
Grasp the hands and stretch the arms, palms outwards.
