My hydration recipe: crunchy guacamole

Here is an excellent recipe for chewable guacamole to help keep your body well hydrated, for radiant skin!

Ingredients (one serving)

  • 1/2 carot
  • 1 small celeri branch
  • A few radishes
  • 1 handful of heads of cauliflower

Guacamole :

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 red pepper
  • 2 dried tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • Milled pepper

Preparation

Peel and cut the carrot and celery into sticks. Finely chop the red pepper, dried tomatoes, shallot, garlic and parsley. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and the spices. Serve before the avocado darkens.
