Morning and evening, massage your legs and feet for 3 minutes with 5 drops of River of Life and 3 pumps of Premium Seed to soothe tensions and stiffness.

Apply River of Life over your legs and/or shoulders and neck according to your needs.

For heavy feeling legs and cold sensations:
- Drain up from the feet and up to your gluteal using the palm of hands.
- Stretch your toes by pinching them individually and successively.

For upper limb sensations (arms, shoulders), massage your shoulder upward toward your neck.

3. Circulation diet

Drink 5 tablespoons of Juniper floral water diluted in 1.5L of fresh drinking water everyday for 3 weeks to promote the elimination process. Make it a habit to eat more fruit at breakfast and start your meals with a raw vegetable salad.

1 handful of baby lettuce leaves
2 tbsp grated celery
½ avocado cut in small pieces
1 handful of rocket salad
½ grapefruit cut in small pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp of mashed garlic
Salt and pepper
1 tsp raspberry vinegar
Hashed parsley and chervil

Place on a plate the baby lettuce leaves, the celery, the avocado, the rocket and the grapefruit. For the sauce, use the grapefruit juice and mix with the olive oil, the mashed garlic, the raspberry vinegar with a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve with the fresh parsley and chervil.

¼ Papaya
¼ Pineapple
½ Banana
½ Orange
Juice of ½ lemon
50ml coconut milk

Peel the papaya, pineapple and banana and cut them into pieces. Squeeze the lemon and orange to get the juice and then blend all the ingredients in a blender.

4. Circulation breathing

Air is the body's most important food source. Conscious breathing exercises improve the blood flow and the detoxification of the body: In an upright position, lay one hand on your stomach and the other one at the base of your back. Proceed to breathe out from your mouth while imagining that the skin of your stomach is going to touch your back. Once your lungs feel empty, wait 5 seconds before releasing the tension on your stomach and breathing in naturally. Breathe normally for 30 seconds and then repeat the exercise. We recommend you do this for 3 minutes after waking up and in the evening, before going to sleep.
