How to use

Blend 5 drops with 3 pumps of Premium Seed nourishing body oil and massage over your legs and/or tense areas.
To enhance the efficiency of Free Me, combine it with one of our 3-week coachings to help you maintain your balance over the long term.

Contraindication
Not for use on pregnant or breastfeeding women and children.
Dilute before use.
Avoid sun exposure after application.

In order to soothe tensions, I rub in a few drops of Free Me mixed with Premium Seed body oil to the affected area.
Combined with Free Me, Juniper Floral Water helps ease inflammations at the root of stifness by contributing to the elimination of toxins.
