A selection of fruits perfect to facilitate your digestion and gently recover.
- 1/2 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- basil leaves
Peel the fruits, cut them into pieces and put them in a blender.
