My antioxidant soup for plump skin

Ingredients (for one person):

  • 4 ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 garlic glove
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1/2 cube vegetable stock
  • 1,5 cup hot water
  • Salt and cayenne pepper
  • Ground red parpika, nutmeg and cumin

Wash and chop the vegetables. Cut up the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender. Blend, adding the hot vegetable stock as you go. Serve hot or cold.
