REFRESH – My summer salad

Watermelon is rich in citrulline, an amino acid that helps dilate blood vessels, improving circulation. Also, thanks to its high water content, watermelon is perfect as a hydrating booster and helps keep the kidneys working properly, making it the ideal food for boosting circulation!

So for those sunny days, enjoy a watermelon / feta salad to add a touch of freshness to your day!

  • 1 cup watermelon, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 10g feta cheese
  • 5 to 6 black olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Few sprigs chives

Hollow out the watermelon with a spoon or cut into bite-size pieces. Add black olives and feta cheese and mix with the watermelon. Sprinkle with chopped chives, if desired. Finally, drizzle with olive oil.
