These self-massages, created exclusively by CHICO SHIGETA, coupled with conscious breathing, increase the relaxing, stimulating, and refreshing effects of the roll-on tenfold and also relax the mind by taking a moment to yourself.

MORNING SPARK – WAKE UP

Apply the roll-on to the sides of the neck, the inside of the décolletage, and the inside of the wrists.
1. With the right hand, slide fingers from top to bottom on the right side of the neck. With the left hand, slide the fingers from top to bottom on the left side of the neck.
2. With the second phalanx of your index finger, rub the inside of the chest from top to bottom.
3. Place your hands over your nose and mouth, then breathe in and out while imagining the air filling your belly. Repeat 3 times.

RIVER OF LIFE – REFRESH

Apply the roll-on on the temples, on the top of the forehead at the hairline until the bottom of the ears, and on each side of the neck and shoulders.
1. With the fingertips of each hand, massage in movements at the hairline on points 1 (the top of the forehead), 2 (on the sides of the forehead), 3 (the temples), and 4 (in front of the ears).
2. Make a fist with your hands, then gently rotate the wrists to massage in circular motions from under the ears to the base of the neck.
3. With your hands, starting from the base of the neck, massage the shoulders by pressing them. Then hold them by pulling them forward while keeping the head down. Breathe in and out while pressing forward with your hands. Repeat 3 times.

SWEET DREAMS – RELAX

Apply the roll-on to each side of the neck and along each clavicle.
1. Make a fist with your hands, then gently rotate the wrists to massage in circular motions from under the ears to the base of the neck.
2. On the chest area, slide your fingers between your ribs in outward movements.
3. Place your hands over your nose and mouth, then breathe in and out while imagining that the air is coming through the lower of your body and up the spine. Repeat 3 times.
